Attribute
Achieve
· To bring to a
successful end; carry through; accomplish
A creative man is motivated by the
desire to achieve, not by
the desire to beat others.
Ayn Rand
Reflection: This
means that an achiever simply just wants to be a successful person. This word actually
means a lot to me because that’s one of my main goals. I simply just want to
accomplish everything I put my mind into, and I want to be successful at it.
This quote means that any person who wants to achieve something should be because
they actually want to and mean it, it shouldn’t mean that they want to achieve something
just to be better than anyone else or just to beat them. Being an achiever is
very important because not only do you want to accomplish stuff, but it’ll surely
benefit you in the long run. For
example, if a teacher gives an assignment to another student and me and she
wants us to complete it to get a good grade, I wouldn’t try to rush and
accomplish it just to beat the other person. I would take my time to accomplish
it. For the reason in which my main goal would be to accomplish my work, not to
beat the other person. In conclusion, being successful doesn’t mean to be a greedy
and self-concerned person it means to just accomplish all your goals.
