911 Attacks (Memorials)

9/11 is now considered as a day of attacks which is very devastating. On September 11, 2001 the twin tours were attacked by terrorists. Two planes were basically hacked by terrorist to crash into the two buildings.  American Airlines Flight 11 and United Airlines Flight 175 were the two planes that crashed the two buildings. This occurred in Manhattan New York, and it began about 8:46 a.m. - 10:28 a.m.

The attacks were the following:

·         Aircraft hijackings

·         Suicide attacks

·         Mass murder

·         Terrorism

There were 2,996 deaths, and mostly all of those deaths were innocent people that had no clue what was going on, and why was it going on.

Reflection: This topic is honestly very devastating and very unpleasant. It’s very unreal to know what people capable of, and it’s very sad how people actually are willing to suicide themselves just to harm others. The most miserable part for me is knowing how innocent people died, and how many people left families full with sorrow. Also its very sad knowing that firefighters actually risked their life’s to save others and some even died. Also is devastating to know that some people that were working in the towers had no choice but just simply to jump off the building.
